Itinerary
Everything you can expect, day by day.
Day 1 | Arrival In Manaus
Arrive in Manaus, the gateway to the world’s largest rainforest, where Brazil’s vibrant culture and breathtaking natural beauty converge. This city, set in the heart of the vast Amazonas state, is your perfect introduction to the country’s enchanting diversity — an intoxicating blend of European, African, and Indigenous influences. From its sun-kissed beaches to the depths of the lush Amazon, Brazil offers a kaleidoscope of experiences, and Manaus serves as the ideal starting point for your journey into this captivating region.
Upon arrival, your private driver will greet you and drive you to your accommodation in the center of Manaus.

Nestled in the city’s historic heart, the Juma Opera Hotel is a boutique haven, offering the perfect balance of comfort and charm.
Day 2 | Manaus – Amazon Cruise
Your immersion into the heart of the Amazon begins with a warm welcome aboard the Untamed Amazon, where cocktails and gourmet appetizers set the tone for the journey ahead.
We sail through the mystical waters of the Rio Negro toward the sprawling Anavilhanas Archipelago — one of the world’s largest river archipelagos, with over 400 islands. After a refined lunch on board, we step ashore for a guided visit to the historic Seringal Museum, unveiling stories from the golden age of rubber that once defined this region’s destiny.

At sunset, embark on a magical canoe journey through the labyrinth of waterways, gliding silently past overhanging trees and mirrored waters. The day closes with a gourmet dinner under the starry Amazonian sky.
Day 3 | Amazon Cruise
Awaken early to the breathtaking colors of an Amazon sunrise, a symphony of light and life across the river’s surface. After breakfast, we visit the Tumbira Sustainable Development Reserve, where community members will share their innovative work in balancing tradition with conservation.
Following a leisurely lunch, we navigate through the Anavilhanas’ intricate network of islands — a maze of biodiversity where every turn reveals surprises, from sloths to river turtles. As the sun dips low, we toast to another stunning Amazon sunset before venturing into the forest’s nocturnal realm.

Tonight, embark on a night safari in search of the Amazon’s elusive night creatures: caimans, owls, and nocturnal monkeys. Return to the ship for another carefully curated dinner experience.
Day 4 | Amazon Cruise
Enjoy a peaceful morning as we head out on a traditional fishing and bird-watching excursion. Cast lines into the black waters while listening to the melodic calls of macaws, toucans, and countless other species that animate the forest canopy.
Later, after a delightful lunch, immerse yourself in a profound cultural exchange with the Tuyuka indigenous community. Learn firsthand about their spiritual beliefs, daily life, and how ancestral knowledge continues to shape their relationship with the forest.

This day of deep connections — to nature and culture — ends with another spectacular sunset and a celebratory dinner aboard.
Day 5 | Amazon Cruise – Manaus – Departure
After breakfast, a highlight of the Amazon awaits: a close and playful interaction with the famous pink river dolphins, whose graceful movements have inspired legends across the region.
After this magical encounter, enjoy a relaxed lunch as we cruise back toward Manaus. Disembarkation will take place around noon, bringing an end to this refined and deeply enriching Amazonian journey.
